Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with a friendly attitude.

Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Take and coordinate food & beverage orders efficiently.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.

Handle guest feedback professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar role.

Robust communication and leadership skills.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
