Job SummaryWe are looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Head to lead and manage the security operations across our organization. The ideal candidate should be an Ex-Serviceman (Army, Navy, or Air Force) with solid leadership, administration, and crisis management skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the security team across all company locations.
- Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Ensure effective deployment and scheduling of security personnel.
- Conduct regular security inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, security breaches, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.
- Ensure visitor management and employee safety protocols are followed.
- Train and mentor security guards on discipline, emergency response, and safety procedures.
- Handle emergency situations, fire safety drills,



and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain security records, attendance, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure company assets, employees, and premises are protected at all times.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of security operations and risk management.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and fire safety.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Eligibility Ex-Servicemen (Army, Air Force) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Security Administration or Facility Security.
- Experience in residential communities, commercial buildings, or real estate is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
