Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, persuasive, and target-driven International Telecom Telesales Executive to join our global sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to international prospective customers (B2C or B2B), pitching telecom products and services (mobile plans, high-speed fiber broadband, VoIP solutions, or international roaming packages), and converting leads into paying subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling & Sales Pitching: Make outbound calls to potential international customers to present telecom plans, upgrades, and promotional packages.
- Needs Identification: Engage prospects, assess their usage requirements, and recommend tailored wireless, internet, or VoIP bundles.
- Lead Conversion & Closing: Overcome customer objections, negotiate terms within approved guidelines, and successfully close sales.
- CRM & Pipeline Management:



Accurately track sales activities, record customer details, and maintain lead status in the CRM system
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, key performance metrics, and conversion rates.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma / Graduate in any field.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in an International Outbound Sales / Telesales / Cold Calling process (Telecom or ISP experience preferred).

- Exceptional Communication: Fluent English with strong pitch delivery, active listening, and persuasive phone presence tailored to international audiences (AU).
- Sales Acumen: Strong closing skills, objection-handling techniques, and resilience under sales pressure.
- Telecom Product Familiarity: Basic understanding of mobile networks, broadband speeds, VoIP features, and competitive pricing models.
