8. Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, dispatch, temperature maintenance and arrival.
9. Track shipments until final delivery.
10. Handle emergency vehicle arrangements whenever required.
11. Ensure transport documentation is complete before dispatch.
12. Optimize freight utilization and reduce transportation costs.
13. Maintain transporter records and trip sheets.
14. Record vehicle turnaround time.
15. Maintain dispatch MIS reports.
16. Ensure PODs are collected and filed.
17. Coordinate with customers regarding dispatch schedules.
18. Share shipment updates and delivery status.
19. Resolve dispatch-related issues promptly.
