This role is completely incentive-based. There is no fixed salary.

For the first order placed, you will earn ₹5,000

From the second order onwards, earnings will be incentive-based, depending on the vehicle size and order value

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers to source and confirm loads

Negotiate effectively to close deals and secure orders

Ensure on-time load placement for registered trucks





Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Identify and develop new customers in the market

Coordinate internally with operations and support teams

Work closely with transporters to match loads with available trucks

Maintain continuous engagement to ensure repeat business

Requirements

Positive communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of logistics/transport (preferred)

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
