FASTag, Challan Management, Parking, Insurance, and more. We are looking for a proactive and

execution-focused Operations Executive to support and scale our Challan Business operations.

Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring

seamless customer experience, coordinating with partners and vendors, and driving operational

excellence. The role also involves customer engagement, process optimization, and supporting

on-ground sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management





• Manage daily operations of the Challan Business.

• Monitor operational KPIs and maintain service quality.

• Coordinate with internal teams.

Partner & Vendor Management

• Manage legal partners and vendors.

• Track partner performance and SLAs.

Customer Experience (CX)

• Handle customer tickets and escalations.

• Reduce Ticket-to-Transaction ratio through process improvements.

Process Improvement

• Implement operational processes to optimize ticket resolution.

• Maintain SOPs and identify automation opportunities.
