Position Overview - We are seeking Sales Managers with a proven background in land/plot sales to join our growing team at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have robust sales acumen, client-handling skills, and the ability to close high-value land transactions with HNI and investor clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of land/plot projects in Navi Mumbai and surrounding regions.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads through field sales, site visits, and investor meetings.
- Handle client interactions, negotiations, and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Build long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, corporates, and industrial clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for better positioning.
- Coordinate with presales, marketing, and documentation teams.
