Inventory Management Executive (3 Months Assignment)

? Location: Bahalgarh / Jhundpur Plant, Sonipat, Haryana

? Employment Type: Contract (3 Months)

⏰ Shift: 12 Hours

Job Responsibilities:

Review and validate all material movements.

Verify Plant-to-Plant Transfers (DC/RC).

Check Purchase Inward, Purchase Return, Sales Outward & Sales Return.

Review Scrap Sales and RGP/NRGP material movements.

Verify documents such as PO, Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice, LR, Credit/Debit Notes, DC/RC, and RGP/NRGP.

Perform physical stock verification in the presence of the Security Team.

Cross-check manual records with system records.

Identify stock discrepancies and prepare audit reports.

Requirements:

Experience in Inventory Management, Store Operations, Warehouse, or Material Audit preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Willing to work in a 12-hour shift.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

सभी Material Movement की जांच एवं सत्यापन करना।

Plant to Plant Transfer (DC/RC)



का Verification करना।

Purchase Inward, Purchase Return, Sales Outward एवं Sales Return की जांच करना।

Scrap Sales एवं RGP/NRGP Movement का Verification करना।

PO, Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice, LR, Credit/Debit Note, DC/RC एवं अन्य संबंधित दस्तावेज़ों की जांच करना।

Security Guard की उपस्थिति में Physical Stock Verification करना।

Manual Records और System Records का मिलान करना।

Stock में किसी भी प्रकार की कमी या अंतर (Discrepancy) की पहचान कर रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

आवश्यक योग्यता:

Inventory Management, Store, Warehouse या Material Audit का अनुभव वरीयता प्राप्त करेगा।

MS Excel का बेसिक ज्ञान।

Immediate Joiners को प्राथमिकता।

12 घंटे की शिफ्ट में कार्य करने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार।
