Merchandiser (Execution & Support)

- Normally Field work on textile industries, build on current trading fashion, cloths.
- Sample Tracking: Follow up on daily sample development, approvals, and courier dispatches to buyers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate Tech Packs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and internal order sheets.
- Data Management: Update production status reports, ERP systems, and time-and-action (TNA) calendars daily.
- Lab Dips & Trims: Coordinate with suppliers for lab dip submissions, fabric swatches, and trim approvals.
- Factory Liaison: Visit production floors to check current status and report bottlenecks to seniors.

? Senior Merchandiser (Strategy, Costing & Management)

- Buyer Account Management: Act as the primary lead for international accounts,



managing critical communications.
- Costing & Pricing: Calculate precise product costing, matrix sheets, and negotiate prices with global buyers.
- Capacity Planning: Allocate orders across factory units based on production capacity and delivery timelines.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot production delays, quality issues, or fabric shortages proactively.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with reliable raw material suppliers.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior team members, review their TNA charts, and ensure target KPIs are met.
