? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Issue materials and manage contracts for the Core Maintenance Point (CMP).

✅ Monitor the performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs.

✅ Ensure maximum uptime of utility equipment and network facilities.

✅ Perform Level-2 troubleshooting and rectification of utility equipment.

✅ Coordinate with the Core Maintenance team for critical issue resolution.

✅ Track corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

✅ Monitor utility alarms and ensure timely closure.





✅ Track energy consumption and optimize utility equipment performance.

✅ Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire (QHSEF) policies.
