About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Python Developer who is passionate about programming, problem-solving, and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python fundamentals and a willingness to learn modern technologies related to OCR, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, APIs, and document processing.

You will work closely with senior developers on real-world government and enterprise projects involving OCR, document digitization, AI models, automation, and backend development.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Python applications.

- Build REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

- Work on OCR and document processing pipelines.

- Integrate third-party APIs and AI models.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Debug and optimize existing applications.

- Work with SQL databases and file processing.

- Collaborate with Java, React, and AI teams.

- Participate in code reviews and testing.

- Learn and adopt new technologies as required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.





- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Knowledge of REST APIs.

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

- Basic SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

- Understanding of JSON and HTTP.

- Positive debugging and analytical skills.

- Strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

- FastAPI or Flask

- OpenCV

- OCR libraries (Tesseract/PaddleOCR)

- NumPy and Pandas

- Docker basics

- Linux command line

- AI/ML fundamentals

- Experience with LLMs is a plus

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), or equivalent.

- Strong self-learners and fresh graduates with excellent coding skills are encouraged to apply.
