Fabrication & Welding Apprentice / Trainee (Freshers Welcome)

We're achennai-based custom metalwork studio specializing in bespoke decorative work — doors, wall panels, and shutters — crafted in brass, aluminium, and copper. We're looking for enthusiastic freshers and early-career fabricators/welders to join our workshop and grow with us.

What You'll Do:

- Assist with cutting, shaping, and joining metal sheets and sections
- Learn and apply welding techniques (MIG/TIG/arc, as applicable) under supervision
- Support surface finishing and detailing work on decorative panels
- Help prepare materials and components for custom orders
- Work closely with senior fabricators to understand precision, proportion, and finish standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop

Who We're Looking For:





- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in fabrication/welding
- ITI/diploma in welding, fabrication, or mechanical trades preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Basic understanding of hand tools and workshop safety
- Physically able to handle workshop tasks (lifting, standing, working with metal)
