Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily service and installation operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling field service engineers, scheduling service calls, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely completion of installation and maintenance activities. Candidates with experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control Systems, Biometric Attendance Systems, Video Door Phones (VDP), and other electronic security products will be preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesService CoordinationPlan and schedule daily installation, maintenance, and service activities.
- Assign service calls and installation jobs to field engineers.
- Monitor the status of service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance (PMC) and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) visits.
- Follow up on pending service calls and escalations.
- Field Team ManagementCoordinate with service engineers and technicians for daily task allocation.
- Track field engineers' attendance, productivity, and job completion.
- Provide technical guidance and support whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Customer SupportCoordinate with customers regarding service schedules and installation appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Obtain customer feedback after service completion.
- Technical CoordinationCoordinate installation and servicing of:

- CCTV Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Access Control Systems
- Biometric Attendance Systems
- Video Door Phones (VDP)
- Other Electronic Security Solutions




- Escalate major technical issues to senior engineers or the Operations Manager.
- Documentation & ReportingMaintain service reports, installation reports, and customer records.
- Update service status in ERP/CRM or company software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Maintain AMC schedules, warranty records, and service history.
- Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with the Store Department to ensure spare parts and materials are available.
- Track material requirements for installations and service calls.
- Monitor tool and equipment availability for field teams.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Electronic Security Systems.
- Team handling and scheduling experience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests.

- QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience2–5 years of experience in Service Coordination, Technical Support, or Electronic Security Systems.
- Experience in managing field service operations and customer coordination is preferred.
