- 1–4 years of hands-on video editing experience
- Proficiency in Wondershare Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Familiarity with Filmora's AI tools (auto-reframe, silence detection, speech-to-text captions) for rapid-turnaround content
- Working knowledge of After Effects / Filmora and Photoshop for motion graphics and asset prep
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, rhythm, and visual composition
- Understanding of audio mixing and colour theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work
