Job Role: Global Tele Counselor / International Education Counselor

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Global Tele Counselor to guide students and professionals regarding overseas education, university admissions, visa procedures, and global training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective leads (inbound & outbound) interested in global education and career programs.

• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to guide candidates on university options, course selection, and visa processes.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to achieve monthly target enrollments.

• Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain daily interaction logs.

• Build strong relationships with applicants throughout their application journey.

Key Requirements:





• Fluent / Positive English communication skills (written & spoken).

• Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Educational Counseling (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).

• Basic knowledge of computer usage and lead management.

• High persuasion skills, active listening, and a goal-driven mindset.
