Job Title: Operations Manager – MD House

Location: Daryaganj, New Delhi

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per Month

Experience: 10 Years

Gender: Male Only

Working Days: 6 Days (Weekly 1 Off)

Shift: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM

Travel: Must be willing to travel across India (1–2 months if required)

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complete administration and day-to-day operations of the MD's residence.

· Supervise Housekeeping, Cook, Driver, Security, Gardener, and other household staff.

· Handle facility management, repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.

· Manage procurement of groceries, household items, and office/residence supplies.

· Ensure timely payment of utility bills, property tax, vehicle servicing, insurance, and documentation.

· Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, and support the MD during official and personal visits.





· Maintain inventory, budgets, and expense records.

· Oversee farm house, gardening, irrigation, and general property maintenance.

Required Skills

· Excellent Online Research (R&D;) and information sourcing skills.

· Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and other online procurement platforms.

· Valuable knowledge of UPS, Genset (DG Set), CCTV, AC, Electrical & Building Maintenance.

· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

· Good communication, MS Excel, Word, and email handling.

Preferred Candidate: Experience in managing an MD/Director's Residence, Farm House, Guest House, or Hospital Admin will be preferred.
