Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Corporate Relations Executive to build and maintain strong employer partnerships, support placement activities, and enhance career opportunities for students/graduates. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners to generate placement and internship opportunities.

· Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including employer outreach, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer rollouts.

· Support students/graduates with resume building, interview preparation, mock interviews, and career guidance.

· Collaborate with internal teams such as Admissions, Academics, and Operations to ensure smooth student placement processes.

· Organize placement drives, recruitment events, employer engagement activities, and industry connect sessions.

· Track placement data, hiring trends, and student outcomes while maintaining accurate MIS reports.

· Stay updated on industry trends,



hiring practices, and job market requirements to align placement strategies accordingly.

· Build long-term partnerships with employers to strengthen the organization’s placement network.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

· Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and job portals.

Preferred Qualifications· Graduation or Master’s Degree in any discipline.

· 1–4 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Career Services, or Recruitment.

· Experience in the education, skilling, or higher education industry will be preferred.

· Knowledge of job market trends and employer engagement practices.

· Solid command over English communication is mandatory.
