Job SummaryHouse of Rings is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

- Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to provide seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Execute customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.




- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Support (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
