Urban Money is looking for energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our team. You will connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their loan requirements, and guide them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Loan Against Property products.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert them into loan applications.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Loan Sales is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
