Job Summary: The Civil Design Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the design of transportation systems, ensuring they are efficient, safe, and sustainable.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Preferred Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in transportation engineering, traffic management, or infrastructure design.
- Experience with transportation modeling software, traffic analysis tools, and CAD design software.
- Experience in project management, including coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Skills:
- Robust understanding of transportation engineering principles, road design, and traffic systems.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (MicroStation, Open road designer, Bluebeam etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.




- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Planning:
- Perform CAD design for Road design.
- Develop designs for transportation infrastructure, including roads, highways, transit systems, and intersections.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
- Utilize engineering software (e.g., MicroStation, Open road designer, Bluebeam) for design, modeling, and simulation.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of transportation projects.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance for all designs processes.
