Job Description:

As a Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring electronic components and raw materials required for manufacturing. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards to support production.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Source suppliers for electronic components (e.g., semiconductors, resistors, PCBs).

2. Request quotes, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate with vendors.

3. Place and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

4.



Address any quality issues with suppliers and coordinate product replacements.

5. Collaborate with logistics for inventory management and timely material delivery.

6. Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience in electronics procurement or EMS industry.

2. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

3. Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and implement process.

4. Efficient in Time Management, Problem Solving, Organized & Self-Motivated.

5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to work well with teams.

6. A robust sense of urgency and drive to succeed.

7. Experience with process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
