Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Handles sale and leasing enquiries and maintain updated property listings
- Conduct site visits and property tours with clients in prime locations
- Present property details, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients
- Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Track Gurgaon market trends and share insights with the team
- Meet monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales/ leasing (residential )
- Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Robust understanding of Gurgaon’s real estate market
- Client-focused attitude and ability to build long-term relationships
- Good presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills
