We are hiring Academic counsellor to handle student counseling and basic front office responsibilities. This role involves interacting with students/parents, explaining programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with students/parents via calls (inside sales)
- Handle Front office operations
- Explain courses, features, and benefits clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain call logs and follow-ups in CRM
- Point of contact for incoming calls / clients
- Basic Billing and Registration
- Meet monthly enrollment targets

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Freshers welcome
- Good communication in English (Tamil & Hindi is a plus)
- Willing to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
