Job Overvew
We are seeking agile and result-oriented Field Relationship Managers who will handle on-ground operations, customer visits, property verifications, and end-to-end deal closures. You will act as the key link between tenants and property ownners, ensuring smooth communication and successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to customer and property locations as per company-proided leads.
- Coordinate and communicate with property owners and buyers to facilitate deal closures.
- Negotiate and convince both parties to finalize agreements efficiently. Verify newly posted property listings by checking photos and ensuring accuracy and authenticity.
- Maintain proper documentation and submit daily reports of visits and verifications.
- Achieve weekly and monthy targets assigned by the management team.
