WE’RE HIRING – FIELD SALES ENGINEER

RK Automation Solution is looking for an energetic and technically capable Field Sales Engineer to promote our industrial automation products, control panels, and turnkey automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate current leads through industrial visits, references, calls, and online research

* Visit OEMs, machine manufacturers, panel builders, and end-user industries

* Understand customer requirements for PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, SCADA, control panels, and automation projects

* Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations

* Maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers

* Coordinate with the technical and back-office teams for product selection, proposals, orders, and delivery

* Maintain daily visit reports, opportunity updates, and customer follow-up records

* Achieve monthly sales, customer visit, and lead-generation targets

* Follow up for orders and outstanding payments when required

Candidate Profile:

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics,



or a related field

* 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical products, control panels, or technical sales preferred

* Freshers with robust technical knowledge and an interest in field sales may also apply

* Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, and industrial control systems

* Good communication and customer-handling skills

* Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication required

* Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits

* Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence

* Self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable with follow-ups
