Medical Representative (Sales & Marketing)

Compensation

* Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Training & Employment Policy

Every selected candidate will undergo a 2-Month On-the-Job Training (OJT) program designed to provide practical field exposure and professional development.

During this training period:

* Full salary will be paid from the first day of joining.

* Comprehensive guidance and mentoring will be provided by experienced professionals.

* Performance will be evaluated based on discipline, learning ability, market coverage, communication skills, customer relationships, and achievement of assigned objectives.

* Confirmation of permanent employment will be subject to satisfactory performance during the training period.

Key Responsibilities





* Promote and market ethical pharmaceutical products.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacies and healthcare customers.

* Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

* Conduct regular market visits and submit daily activity reports.

* Represent Bansal Medicos with professionalism, integrity, and commitment.

Eligibility Criteria

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.

* Ability to work independently in the field.

* Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

* A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
