Role OverviewWe are looking for a technically strong Construction Manager – MEP to lead the execution, supervision, and coordination of MEP works for commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise MEP works at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and BMS installations.
- Plan manpower, materials, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure quality, safety,



and timely project completion.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Technical SkillsHands-on experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV & BMS.
- Ability to read MEP drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, IS Codes, NBC, and MEP standards.
- Experience in quantity estimation, billing, and site coordination.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of MEP execution experience in commercial interior fit-out or Design & Build projects.
