Sales Executive – Hair & Skin Clinic

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to manage patient enquiries, counsel prospective patients, and convert leads into consultations and treatment bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills and be comfortable handling high volumes of leads.

Main Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins.

- Understand patients' concerns and explain suitable skin and hair treatments offered by the clinic.

- Book consultation appointments and ensure patients visit the clinic.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective patients until conversion.

- Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets.

- Update and maintain lead records accurately in the CRM/software.

- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for appointments and patient queries.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Build strong relationships with patients and provide excellent customer service.





- Share daily and weekly sales reports with the management.

- Handle objections confidently and convert enquiries into treatment packages.

- Maintain complete confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or customer relationship management.

- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or beauty industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Fluent in Hindi and English; Marathi will be an added advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).

- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
