- Job ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair Samsung refrigerators at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot cooling, compressor, PCB, fan motor, defrost, and gas leakage issues.
- Perform gas charging, leak testing, compressor replacement, and other refrigerator repairs.
- Install and commission recent refrigerators when required.
- Update service reports and job status using the Samsung service application.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow Samsung service quality standards.
Handle tools, spare parts, and company assets responsibly.
