Job Role ServiceNow Project Manager

Location Pan India and preferred Bengaluru

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a 15month offshore implementation program focused on ITSM Professional Plus automation ITOMdriven change risk scoring service request automation knowledge automation incident automation and operational runbook automation The candidate will be responsible for overall delivery governance stakeholder coordination planning risk management dependency tracking and ensuring successful execution of phased ServiceNow automation outcomes The scope is aligned to the attached project roadmap covering change request knowledge incident and runbook automation

Key Responsibilities

Own endtoend project planning execution governance tracking and reporting for the ServiceNow automation implementation roadmap

Coordinate across business stakeholders ServiceNow platform teams ITSM process owners infrastructure teams security IAMHR integration teams and offshore delivery teams

Manage scope schedule risks issues dependencies RAID logs milestone tracking and leadership reporting

Drive delivery of automation outcomes including change risk scoring catalog workflows knowledge automation incident autocategorization and operational runbooks Elevate HiServiceNow Word

Ensure delivery adherence across the 15month phased timeline and coordinate handover to BAU support teams Elevate HiServiceNow Word

Track implementation readiness including licensing AI plugin availability workflow data fabric resource onboarding and integration dependencies

Secondary Skills

Understanding of ServiceNow AI ML automation capabilities

Knowledge of ITOM AIOps CMDB service mapping and operational runbooks

Familiarity with ServiceNow licensing platform delivery and integration dependencies

Experience with transition to BAU support

Exposure to Power BI ServiceNow dashboards and SLAKPI governance

Preferred Experience

10 years of IT projectprogram management experience

5 years managing ServiceNow ITSM ITOM implementation or enhancement projects

Experience managing offshore teams and customerfacing delivery governance

Qualifying Questions

Have you managed a ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM implementation involving Incident Change Request Knowledge or CMDBrelated workflows

Have you managed AIautomationled delivery initiatives such as autoassignment risk scoring virtual agent or runbook automation





Can you independently manage project governance RAID tracking milestone reporting stakeholder communication and offshore delivery execution
