- Oversee end-to-end execution of façade projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and client expectations.
- Review project plans prepared by the planning team, provide input, and approve execution strategies.
- Participate in client and internal project kick-off meetings to understand expectations and align stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement, factory, design, and site teams for seamless project execution.
- Attend regular client meetings to track progress, address challenges, and drive closure of action items.
- Monitor project progress and resolve bottlenecks by coordinating with internal teams.
- Ensure timely invoicing as per project milestones and track receivables for healthy cash flow.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing disputes with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the sales team for approvals related to scope variations and revised cost sheets (CDS).
- Identify project risks, assess their impact on timelines and budgets, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions across all assigned projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Ensure timely sharing of project-related information from clients to internal teams.
- Provide regular project updates to clients on milestones and progress.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of project updates to the planning team.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing large-scale façade or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project execution, planning, and coordination.
- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of billing processes, invoicing, and receivables tracking.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Robust coordination skills with cross-functional teams (procurement, design, factory, site).
- Good understanding of project costing and variation management.
