- Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects from the Head Office.
- Liaise with site teams, vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Prepare project documentation, MIS reports, daily progress reports, and project-related records.
- Coordinate material dispatch, installation schedules, and site execution activities.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
- Support the Operations and Project teams in planning,



execution, and coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal project processes.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Resolve coordination issues proactively to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
