Role Overview:As an Operations Manager Technical, your primary responsibility will be to manage technical operations across assigned sites. Ensure adequate staffing, skill development, and training of technical teams.- Ensure preparation and execution of PM plans, shutdown schedules, and annual maintenance plans. Conduct timely root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent corrective measures.- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and OEM guidelines, drive implementation of EHS practices, and support ISO audits and statutory inspections.- Prepare and control technical OPEX budget, and present monthly operational and performance reports to clients and management.Qualification Required:- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrical engineering and HVAC is required.(Note:
