Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Monastic Media. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for media and storytelling, and a proactive approach to sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and partners
- Pitch Monastic Media’s services, content offerings, and creative solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to develop customized proposals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM tools
- Stay up to date with industry trends,



competitor activity, and market insights
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (media/advertising preferred)
- Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand creative/media products and translate them into client value
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
