Job Description:

1. Possess extensive knowledge of printing machinery and operations.

2. Oversee production and quality control to achieve set targets.

3. Develop and implement programming for printing routes.

4. Monitor printing quality during machine operation and ensure adherence to machine parameters.

5. Track and document all current developments and trial data. 6. Maintain and execute machine maintenance programs.

6. Achieve production targets with minimal wastage while ensuring high-quality output.

7. Participate in quality meetings, identify printing defects, and implement CAPA.

8. Independently manage shifts and coordinate manpower.

9. Responsible for job changeovers, time management, and shift production.

10. Print on various surfaces including PET, BOPP, PVC, Paper, Nylon, Foil, and Metalized materials.

11. Maintain housekeeping standards in the machine shop floor area
