Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
- Supervision Stock and cold room operations.
- Provide periodic briefings for the sales team: educate, motivate and guide them.
- Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
- Maintain & record sampling & marketing activities periodically.
- Control outstanding payments by following company guidelines & protocols.
- Share timely reports and updates with supervisors and management as required.
- Develop and penetrate new market.
- Ensure proper record keeping & maintenance of the company asset.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Communicating well with all staff.

- Positive communication skill, Sincerity to the job, Positive and Creative thinker, responsible, Punctual, and Polite to others.
- Speaks Hindi, English & Local Language.

Work experience: 1 to 2 Years (FMCG is highly preferred)

Qualification: Graduation (MBA is preferable)
