Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and analyze complex RCC and steel structures for specialized industrial applications under wide-ranging service and temperature conditions. • Perform structural modelling and analysis using standard software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, or equivalent. • Prepare all design-related documents, including design calculations, structural drawings, load data sheets, design basis reports, technical specifications, and material take-offs. • Review and coordinate design inputs with interdisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency and compliance with project standards. • Support the construction team by providing on-site technical guidance, resolving design issues, and ensuring correct implementation during execution. • Oversee civil material testing and quality control procedures in accordance with project QA/QC standards and applicable codes. • Ensure adherence to relevant civil and structural design codes (IS, ACI, Eurocode, or equivalent). • Demonstrate adaptability, ownership, and a high level of commitment to project success, especially under high-pressure conditions.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.



• 2–3 years of experience in design and site execution of industrial or infrastructure projects. • Proficiency in RCC and steel design and relevant structural analysis software. • Strong knowledge of design documentation, QA/QC processes, and civil design/testing codes. • Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work efficiently in demanding project environments with high accountability.
