Job Description:

- 1. Qualifications

- Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute.

- Diploma/Degree in Management preferred.

- Age group: 40–45 years.

2. Experience

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in operations and maintenance of a chemical plant, including utilities, engineering, and ETP.

- Adequate exposure to cross-functional areas such as Supply Chain, Quality Control, R&D;, Procurement, Stores, IT, HR, and Finance.

- Experience in liaising with DISH and other statutory authorities.

- Hands-on experience managing labour relations, union negotiations, and plant administration.

3. Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership and control of plant operations and maintenance at the Taloja facility.

- Drive cost optimisation, productivity enhancement, and continuous process improvements.

- Ensure complete compliance with statutory bodies such as MPCB,



Factory Inspectorate, and Labour Departments.

- Oversee factory administration, including GST, factory accounts, stores management, and cross-functional team leadership.

4. Required Competencies

- Strong communication and drafting skills.

- Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems and robust command over MS Office.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities and team-management skills.

- Exposure to Quality Systems such as ISO 9001:2015, TQM, TPM, etc.

5. Personality Attributes

- Fluent, firm, and confident communication style.

- Tactful in interpersonal interactions and effective in coordinating with statutory authorities.
