Job Description:

- Lead and manage the complete Heat Treatment Department, ensuring efficient and protected operations.
- Plan, supervise, and optimize heat treatment processes including annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, and hardening.
- Monitor furnace operations, temperature cycles, and process parameters to ensure product quality and metallurgical specifications.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to meet production schedules.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for heat treatment processes.
- Analyze metallurgical test results and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and proper functioning of heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment.




- Monitor production efficiency, process yield, energy consumption, and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead, train, and mentor departmental personnel while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain departmental records, production reports, process documentation, and compliance records.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, statutory regulations, and environmental and safety requirements.
