Project ManagerAbout the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics implementation projects for some of the world's most recognized retailers.

You will own the project plan, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure customers feel confident and supported throughout every stage of the implementation.

As the conductor of the project orchestra, you'll keep everyone in sync, remove roadblocks, and ensure each project moves forward with clarity, momentum, and purpose. Key ResponsibilitiesLead End-to-End Project Delivery

- Manage complex software and data implementation projects from project kickoff through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Drive clarity throughout every project phase, ensuring teams understand priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop & Own Project Plans

- Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and dependency maps.
- Monitor and manage the critical path while proactively adjusting plans to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as the Primary Customer Contact

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders.
- Provide regular executive-level project status updates.
- Present project risks, recommendations, and available options to support informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Risk Management

- Identify project risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues quickly while ensuring clear and timely escalation when necessary.




- Maintain transparency by communicating project risks and mitigation plans effectively.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination

- Coordinate internal teams, offshore resources, customers, implementation consultants, business analysts, solution architects, data engineers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure every stakeholder understands their responsibilities and project expectations.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive team culture.

Stakeholder Communication

- Communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Document project decisions, scope changes, risks, and impacts.
- Lead structured, productive project meetings and follow-up discussions.

Continuous Improvement

- Conduct project retrospectives and document lessons learned.
- Improve internal project governance, documentation, and delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities for future project phases and additional customer value.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of Project Management experience in software implementation, SaaS, or data analytics environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional implementation projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Experience working with global and offshore teams is an added advantage.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to keep projects structured while maintaining a positive team environment.
