Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Spices and Food ingredients Export Executive to join our team in the dehydrated vegetables, spices, and seasoning industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing international trade operations, building relationships with global clients, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, B.Com/M.Com, MBA, or a related field.

* 4-5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the spices or food industry.

* In-depth knowledge of export lead generations, understanding of export-import data, trade fairs and exhibitions,

* Ideal candidates have experience with sales of dehydrated onions, chili, cumin, turmeric, other spices, spice blends, and seasonings.

* In-depth knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and logistics.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.





* Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

* Ability to work under tight targets, and deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Prompt communicator with international buyers over different time zones

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end export sales, negotiation, closing the order, operations, ensuring timely shipments and accurate documentation.

* Visit and participate in the international trade fair, develop and expand international markets for spices and seasonings, and identify potential buyers.

* Ensure compliance with export regulations and secure necessary certifications.

* Build and maintain robust client relationships, addressing inquiries and negotiating contracts.

* Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and ensure smooth deliveries.
