Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Sales & Marketing Intern.

You'll work closely with the founders to support outbound sales, lead generation, and marketing initiatives that drive business growth. The role combines sales execution with practical marketing exposure, giving you hands-on experience in how B2B companies acquire and convert customers.

This is a hands-on execution role where you'll work on real campaigns, interact with prospects, and learn modern sales and marketing strategies using AI-powered tools and automation.

Responsibilities





- Support cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Assist in creating personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate meetings and support the sales pipeline
- Assist with content marketing, social media, and campaign execution
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Collaborate with the founders on sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in B2B sales, marketing, startups, or SaaS
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership
- Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not mandatory
