Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and manage the delivery of production systems to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Document operational procedures and maintain accurate records to support system reliability.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and service delivery management.
- Experience with incident and problem management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions.
