Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, HR coordination, and administrative activities, making it an excellent opportunity for MBA students and recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
