To identify, engage, and mobilize beneficiaries for various programs by creating awareness and ensuring participation at the community level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to identify potential beneficiaries and enroll them in programs
- Build solid relationships with local communities, schools, and stakeholders
- Create awareness about organizational initiatives through meetings, campaigns, and outreach activities
- Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities and beneficiary data
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program implementation
- Ensure regular follow-ups and support for enrolled beneficiaries
- Prepare basic reports on field activities and progress
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Prior experience in NGO/fieldwork/community engagement
- Knowledge of local language and area
