Wide Eyed Studio is a young, growing agency built around one simple idea: do meaningful, creative work without losing curiosity.

We're not a massive setup with 100 people and fixed processes (at least, not yet). We're a small, evolving team that's still figuring out systems, experimenting with formats, and constantly learning by doing. Some days, that means big wins and exciting projects. Other days, it means reworking an entire content direction at 9 pm because something doesn't feel right.

What holds us together is a belief in staying curious, asking better questions, and building brands that actually stand for something.

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Lead who can ideate, write, and direct.

This is the person who sets the creative standard across our accounts.

You will come up with the ideas, write the words that bring them to life and direct the shoots and edits that turn them into finished work. You'll work closely with founders, creators, and brands to define what they stand for and how they show up, then carry that thinking all the way through to what actually goes out.

You won't just ask, "What do we post this week?"

You'll ask, "Why should anyone care?" and then build the answer yourself.

You will lead content across multiple clients and work closely with Associates and the Creative team, holding the bar on everything from the first idea to the final cut.

What You'll Do

Ideate: Generate the concepts, formats, and hooks that make a brand worth following. You will build content buckets and campaign ideas, spot the angle no one else sees, and keep a bank of ideas that stays ahead of the calendar.



This is the thinking that everything else is built on.

Write: Write the words that carry each brand. This means scripts, Linked In posts, carousel copy, captions, and hooks, held in each brand's distinct voice and adapted across platforms and formats. You will edit your own work to a publishable standard and raise the writing bar for everyone around you.

Direct: Own the execution from script to screen. You will guide shoots and edits with clarity and conviction, give creators and editors the direction they need, and make sure the finished work matches the idea that started it. You hold the standard on everything that ships.

Lead: Set the creative direction across accounts and bring the team with you. You will lead strategy calls, present ideas confidently to founders and decision-makers, manage creative expectations, and guide Associates and the Creative team toward work that performs.

Build the System: Pilot new formats, test content hypotheses, and evolve the way we work as we grow. You will help turn one-off wins into repeatable approaches.

We're Looking For Someone Who…

- Has 3-5 years of experience in content, branding, or creative direction
- Can ideate, write, and direct at a high standard, not just one of the three
- Thinks in frameworks
- Understands audience psychology and growth mechanics
- Is a genuinely solid writer who can hold a brand voice across formats
- Can direct shoots and edits and get the output they pictured
- Is confident presenting to founders and decision-makers
- Is highly accountable and comfortable owning results
- Can handle multiple brands without losing sharpness

- Have built or grown a personal brand yourself
- Understand content-business alignment (leads, positioning, authority)
- Have experience working with founders or creator-led brands
- Have led a small content or creative team before
