n Job Summary
n We are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist who can prepare a wide variety of beverages and mocktails while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
n Key Responsibilities
n Prepare a variety of mocktails, cocktails, Mojitos, and other specialty beverages.
n Create different flavours and combinations of drinks as per the restaurant menu.
n Prepare drinks with attractive presentation and consistent taste.
n Handle bar equipment, glassware, ingredients, and beverage supplies properly.
n Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/workstation.
n Ensure proper stock management of beverages, syrups, fruits, garnishes, and other ingredients.
n Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain consistency.
n Suggest new and creative drink ideas for the menu.
n Provide excellent service and interact professionally with guests.
n Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
n Candidate Requirements
n Previous experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a restaurant, café, bar, hotel, or similar establishment.
n Good knowledge of different types of Mojitos, mocktails, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
n Creative approach to beverage preparation and presentation.
n Good knowledge of garnishing and drink presentation.
n Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
n Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
n Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
