n We are hiring a Key Accounts Manager to handle corporate client accounts and ensure seamless execution of car rental operations.
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Manage end-to-end operations of assigned corporate accounts
n • Act as SPOC for client coordination (HR/Admin/Travel Desk)
n • Ensure smooth execution of daily trips, airport transfers, and guest movements
n • Coordinate with operations, fleet, and vendors for service delivery
n • Monitor SLA adherence and service quality
n • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
n • Prepare and analyze MIS reports
n • Identify business growth and upselling opportunities
