About Wholesale Banking Coverage

Wholesale Banking Coverage Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Account, CMS, Trade (Domestic & Cross Boarder) & Supply Chain Finance, Sector Solutions, Capital Account and Custody & Capital Markets; IPO & Escrows. Provides digital solutions with advanced technology. Manages business strategy and Sales & solutions. Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT)

Capital Account; Custody & Capital Market Division is a niche segment focus on * Custodial Services (Domestic – PMS, AIF, MF, Insurance etc & Foreign – FPI, FDI, FVCI, DRs); Bank is also offering Fund Accounting Services for Portfolio Managers (PMS) & Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

- Clearing & Settlement services for Trade; Professional Clearing Services for Equity & Currency Derivative Segments.
- Capital account – Foreign Investments; Overseas investments and External Commercial Borrowing.
- Capital Fund – Bankers to the Issue (IPO/Dividend); Escrow & RERA services

About the Role

Overall Business Development of these products (Domestic & GIFT) - Business strategy & planning for growth.

Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.

Deep understanding about SEBI and RBI guidelines and actively engage with Regulators.

Possess knowledge on key areas FEMA; ICDR; Mutual Funds; Insurance; Foreign Portfolio Investors; Alternative Investment Funds; Commodity Derivatives; Custody; Clearing activities.

Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines.

Creating synergies with Intermediaries (Legal firms and Trustees); Administrators.





Product Commercialization – Planning & execution.

Business Controle: Risk minimization; Audit & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning for growth

New Client/Fund acquisition

Meet revenue targets - Fee, CDAB, AUC & Fx

Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.

Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation

Mentoring team members

Cross Sales of other WBP Products.
Qualifications

- Any Master’s degree with experience of 15+ years in custody business.
