Job Description Please find below details for the post of Accounts Receivable Executive / E Commerce Executive in leading startup company which is into online sales of consumer products in India
n Position : Accounts Receivable Executive
n Company Profile : The company specializes in online retail operations, marketplace management, supply chain coordination, procurement, logistics, and customer-centric commerce solutions. n Location : Ahmedabad in Prahladnagar
n Education: Any graduate
n Experience : Minimum 02 year to maximum 07 years
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Track & monitor receivables from e-commerce marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, etc.)
n Manage accounts receivable process for e-commerce industry, ensuring timely collection of customer payments.
n Handle chargebacks, file claims/disputes,



and reconcile payment gateway transactions accurately.
n Prepare GST returns on outward supplies and maintain records according to accounting standards (AS).
n Utilize Zoho Books or Tally software to manage financial operations efficiently.
n Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, and billing.
n Ensure GST compliance and accuracy of supporting documentation
n Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer service) to resolve order/return issues
n Support monthly closing and accrual/provision accounting activities
n Verify and validate deductions such as commissions, logistics charges, penalties, and adjustments
n Support internal and external audits as required
n n Package : 6 LPA
n Working days : 5 days a week
n Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
